Tyler Neighbors began serving as Associate Pastor for Worship and Discipleship in September 2022. He has served in full time ministry since 2010.  Tyler earned a bachelor’s degree in Worship Arts with a minor in Business Administration from Oklahoma Baptist University and a master of arts degree in Christian Studies with an emphasis on Church Leadership from Oklahoma Baptist University. Hannah has been a member of Highland Park since November 2020 and joined our staff as Children's Ministry Director in September 2022. She grew up outside of Boston, Massachusetts but came to our state to study elementary education at Oklahoma State University, graduating in 2020. While at OSU, Hannah met her husband, Evan, and they married in 2020. Evan's job brought the couple to Bartlesville. Hannah taught third grade in Bartlesville from 2020-2022, but took a break to be home with their first child, Luke, in April of 2022. Heather has been a member of Highland Park since February 2020, coming on staff in August 2022 as Financial Secretary. She grew up in Missouri where she met her husband, Michael, in 3rd grade at church camp. They didn't begin dating until college though, and soon after married in May 2010. Heather and her husband came to live in Bartlesville in October 2019 when he transferred for his job. They have three dogs, Spot, Toby and Bonnie, who make life very fun and interesting. Heather has worked in a variety of administrative roles, but church administration is her favorite because she gets to connect on another level with other church members. Doyleen has served as Highland Park's church accompanist since 1981. She met her husband, Paul, here in the College and Career Sunday School class. They were married in 1985 and now have two grown children and two grandsons. Doyleen graduated from Oklahoma Baptist University with a business degree and is retired from Phillips 66. She has used her musical talents to serve the church since the 6th grade, and continues to play for the glory of God.
