Highland Park is seeking a full-time Administrative Assistant/Secretary for 35-40 hours per week.
Candidates will possess the ability to:
- Work proficiently with Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and QuickBooks
- Demonstrate good written and verbal communications skills
- Monitor compliance with children and youth worker background checks and training
- Maintain confidentialities
- Process payroll
- File required governmental reports
- Pay bills and properly record all transactions
Prior experience with church or other non-profit organizations is a plus.
