We're gearing up for our Fall and Spring season of Community Groups! This is a great opportunity to dive deeper into the Word and cover the sermon more in depth from our Morning Worship. Groups begin to meet on September 14 @ 6:30 PM, with a fun kick-off on September 7. Details about the kick-off will be communicated soon.

On September 5 and 6 we will host Dr. Jonathan William from Southwestern Baptist Theological Seminary. Out theme is Discipleship Starts in the Home. Join us at 6PM on Friday September 5 for a dinner. Official start time for conference will be 6:30PM. The next morning, Saturday, September 6, we will continue our conference at 9AM. Cost is $10/person, or $15/couple. Men, are you looking for a time of fellowship and a book study? Well this is the place for you! Our men's book study will have two meeting time options: Wednesdays at 10AM beginning September 10, or Thursdays at 6:30AM beginning September 11. Both time options will meet in the  Multi-Purpose Room. We will be going through the book "The Pursuit of Holiness" by Jerry Bridges, and will ask that your purchase the book ahead of time. Discipleship groups will begin the week of September 8. This will be a 10 week study from John MacArthur on the book of Galatians. We will have two meeting options: Tuesdays @ 1PM at Calveta Lyons' home, with Doyleen McNeall facilitating, beginning September 9, and Fridays @ 9:30AM at Marcia Dershem's home, with Marcia facilitating, beginning September 12. If there is interest in an evening group, we may add a group during the evening time, so please mark that as an interest when signing up. Books for this study will be provided, so the deadline to sign up is August 30 to allow us time to order books. You can register for a group HERE!

Students 6th-12th grade! It's time for a weekend getaway at Replicate, a discipleship retreat at Camp Siloam, on September 19-21 as we learn and grow together in the Word and with each other. Space is limited, so don't delay in registering! Total cost is $95/student. A $35 deposit is due on August 17, and the remaining balance is due on September 14.
