Our Pastors and Staff


  • Mike Scrivani

    Our Senior Pastor, Mike Scrivani, has served at Highland Park since August of 2017. He and his wife Dani have two children, Jack and Hazel. Pastor Mike previously served churches in Kansas. He earned a Bachelor's degree in Mass Communications and Media Relations from MidAmerica Nazarene University in Olathe, Kansas, and a Master's in Divinity from Midwestern Baptist Theological Seminary in Kansas City, Missouri. Pastor Mike's desire is for the gospel to be preached, for people to be saved, and for men, women, and children to grow in their relationship with God. His passion is for Highland Park to demonstrate the importance and urgency of what we have been commissioned by the Lord to do. If you would like to contact Pastor Mike, you may do so here.

  • Cameron McNeall

    Cameron McNeall is our worship leader and has been a member of Highland Park since childhood. He graduated from Oklahoma Wesleyan University and is employed at Phillips 66. In addition to being the  worship leader, Cameron also serves as a deacon and is actively involved in the youth ministry. He and his wife, Kayla, have two sons, Jaxon and Bryson.

  • Eric Hair

    Eric Hair serves as the youth pastor and has been in youth ministry for five years. He grew up in the Bartlesville area, and he and his wife, Nikki, joined Highland Park in December 2020. He has a passion for seeing students come to know Jesus as their Lord and Savior and to also see them thrive in their relationship with our Lord. Eric and Nikki are excited for the opportunity to serve and shepherd the students at Highland Park.  

  • Kaity

    Kaity serves as choir director. She  and her husband moved to Bartlesville in the Fall of 2020. Kaity received her Masters in Music from Southwestern Baptist Theological Seminary in 2016 and teaches private piano and violin lessons from her home. She enjoys using her musical giftings to serve  at Highland Park. In their free time, Kaity and her husband enjoy coffee shops, travel, having friends over, and time with family.

  • Doyleen McNeall

    Doyleen has served as Highland Park's church accompanist since 1981. She met her husband, Paul, here in the College and Career Sunday School class. They were married in 1985 and now have two grown children and two grandsons. Doyleen graduated from Oklahoma Baptist University with a business degree and has recently retired from Phillips 66. She has used her musical talents to serve the church since the 6th grade, and continues to play for the glory of God.

  • Evelyn Hightower

    Evelyn has been Highland Park's church secretary since April of 2013. After growing up in south Texas, she attended high school at Corn Bible Academy, in Corn, Oklahoma. She married her high school sweetheart, but lost him tragically in an accident. She came to Bartlesville in 1980 to attend college at Oklahoma Wesleyan University, where she met her 2nd #1 husband, Dennis Hightower, who also grew up in Texas. They were married in 1981 and have two sons, Kyle & Blake, and one grandson, Jackson. Evelyn has worked part-time in two home-based businesses as well as at OWU, Bank of Oklahoma, 66 Federal Credit Union, and Pleasant Valley Manor. She loves the Lord, her job, and all of her friends at Highland Park.

  • John Lykins

    John has been our custodian for over a decade. He and his wife, Pam, have faithfully served at Highland Park for many years. John is a deacon, an AWANA worker, and involved in outreach, while Pam serves in the choir. The Lykins' have one daughter, Rachel, and one grandson. John wants to personally thank his brothers and sisters in Christ for helping him to keep our church building clean!

  • Heather Kingston

    Heather's passion for children shines through as she fills the role of Nursery Coordinator for HPBC.  She ensures the safety, well-being, and development of those entrusted to our care as part of Sunday morning services and other ministry activities and events.  Heather and her husband Michael are active members of our congregation and seek to serve the Lord wholeheartedly.
