Missions and Outreach

As part of the mission of HPBC, based on the command of God, we strive to engage our community in a manner that reflects to others the mercy and love that God has demonstrated so powerfully toward us.  This includes serving and ministering to those in and around the Bartlesville area.  And in response to the Great Commission – to go and make disciples – we eagerly partner with churches overseas to share the Gospel and advance the kingdom of God.  And in serving, we are blessed.

  • Meals to the Homeless

Partnering with the Lighthouse Outreach Center, a Christian-based homeless shelter in the Bartlesville area, allows a team of HPBC to prepare a meal once a month for the residents and guests of the facility.

  • Prison Ministry

Bringing the only true message of hope to those in a heavy and difficult place, our ministry team travels to Hominy on a monthly basis to share the Word of God with both men and women at Dick Conner Correctional Center.

  • Medical Missions Locally

Working with Hope Clinic, a facility dedicated to spreading the love of Christ to the community by providing quality healthcare and spiritual guidance, our HPBC team of both medically-trained professionals and those just willing to help wherever they can serve the clinic each month.  Our congregation further supports the clinic by providing various supplies and care items for both the clinic and the patients it serves.

  • M&M Singers

An informal yet enthusiastic group of musicians who play and sing old-time hymns and gospel music at senior/retirement homes, this weekly gathering prompts smiles in the audience and the band alike.

  • National and International Missions

HPBC international mission work includes support of International Mission Board (IMB) missionaries as well as direct partnerships with churches in areas like Asia and Europe.  Whether we send teams from our congregation or support others who answer the call to mission work, we strive to engage others with the Gospel and fulfill the command to go and tell the good news of Jesus Christ.

  • GROW Teams

Making connections with visitors of HPBC, providing practical guidance on church activities and locations as well as addressing questions that might come up, our GROW teams strive to make every visitor feel welcomed, encouraged, and equipped with the information they need to determine if HPBC is their new church home.
