About Us

Tom Holland

Tom Holland has served for over 40 years in public law enforcement as a police officer, detective, FBI Special Agent, and twice as Bartlesville’s Police Chief. He serves as a member of the Board of Directors of Voice of the Martyrs, as well as numerous other local boards and organizations. Tom and his wife Dianne have been faithful members of Highland Park for over 30 years, teaching Sunday School and providing leadership in a variety of ways. They have two grown sons and two granddaughters.

James Holt

James Holt has been a member of Highland Park since October 1981. During his time here the Lord has led him to serve in various ministries within the church. The latest opportunity has been to serve the Lord and His church as an elder. God has richly blessed the Highland Park family with faithful elders to lead and give Biblical direction. James considers it a great blessing to minister alongside these men, his fellow brothers and servants of the church.

Paul McNeall

Paul McNeall has been a part of Highland Park since 1981. He met his wife Doyleen here and was married in 1985. They have two grown children, Cameron and Leandra. Paul has served in many roles in our church over the years, from Chairman of the Deacons to a Sunday School teacher, and now an elder (2013). One of his favorite things about Highland Park is that it is a place where individuals and families can truly connect with brothers and sisters in Christ for fellowship and support in their Christian walk. Paul is also encouraged that at every level, Highland Park stands by the authority of God's Word. This includes our strong missions focus as we carry out the Great Commission. Paul currently works for Phillips 66 as an Accounting Advisor.

Lee Roberts

Lee Roberts came to Highland Park in 2007 and has faithfully served as a Sunday School teacher and a deacon. He began serving as elder in 2013. Lee's favorite part of Highland Park is Biblically driven worship and expositional preaching. He also enjoys the friendly atmosphere among God's people here. Lee currently works in Information Technology at ConocoPhillips.

Chairman of Deacons

Jerry Dull

Jerry Dull has served as Chairman of Deacons since January 2016. Before retiring from a civilian career at Wal-Mart, Jerry spent a total of 22 years in the military, serving in both the Navy and the Army Reserve. Jerry became part of the Highland Park family in 1979 and a part of God's family in 1983. Jerry's favorite thing about Highland Park is the spirit of fellowship. He and his wife Jeannie are the proud parents of two, grandparents of eight, and great grandparents of one.
